I am currently a sophomore at MIT majoring in economics and minoring in statistics and data science and French. So far, I have taken classes in micro and macroeconomics, probability and statistics, programming in python, and machine learning, among many others. I have loved my time at MIT thus far, and I'm looking forward to my next two years here!
During the semester, I spend a lot of time tutoring younger students in advanced, competition-style math. I love showing my students how creative and exciting math can be! In the past, I have also worked as a teaching assistant at MIT for an introductory economics class.
Last summer, I really enjoyed my internship at Smart Immune, a biotech startup in Paris. During my internship, I designed a value-assessment algorithm to analyze the company's products. I'm looking forward to applying the skills I gained to more jobs in the future.
Outside of classes, I am an active member of MIT's French House. Since living in Paris in high school, I'm always down to practice my French and learn more about the French language and culture.
I'm a huge Tottenham fan and an avid soccer supporter. I also enjoy a wide variety of activities and sports, like hiking, tennis, badminton, and even square dancing!
